Ouergh Records are releasing a tribute album to Finnish metal band Sonata Arctica. STREAM OF PASSION covered one of their songs.
I follow Sonata Arctica since years, loved (Stones Grow Her Name) and hated (Days of Grays) their albums and always found a song fitting my situation and emotions. But I did not believe that this band who rarely played headliner positions at festivals and did a lot of support tours for bigger bands would be so important for the metal scene that even famous bands want to take part on a TRIBUTE album.
Wow, that’s impressive!
Xandria did a version of ‘Don’t say a word’, yet, and now no one else but Stream of Passion released a video with their cover of ‘I have a right’. Marcela Bovio has the most beautiful voice on this planet and now she lends it to this awesome song. I can’t do more than just say ‘wow’ one more time.
