We are always interested in people behind the scenes and when they are female and have been around in business for so many years like Heta Hyttinen, it’s even more interesting to listen to their point of view of how music business has evolved, how women are involved in business more and more and what it means to work in such a business and make a living from it.
Heta organizes a lot of stuff around Tuska Festival, she also promotes bands and was the editor-in-chief of a magazine once. She’s done so many things, I can’t mention them all! So let her tell you herself in our interview.
Her thoughts on Spotify, YouTube and so on are also very interesting and by the end of the chat, she has some advice for people – especially young women – who want to work in the metal business.
