Sweet potato burger
If you live the paleo lifestyle, you can of course have fast food – these burgers are delicious and healthy.
How to do it.
I made this burgers when my boyfriend had normal ones and he added some sweet potato to his. The “rolls” are made of sweet potatoes – hackled and mixed with a bit of eggs, fried in coconut oil. Meat is beef mince, spiced as you like it. These are with onions. The sauce is mashed avocado with salt, pepper and lemon juice (one avocado means one tbsp lemon juice). I added a fried egg to one of the burgers – both tastes good! And don’t be fooled by the size… They are filling!
Ingredients:
1 sweet potato
1 or 2 eggs for the potatoes
1 avocado
1 lemon
300g beef mince
1 onion
salt
pepper
coconut oil
eggs (optional – fried)
