3 ingredients muffins (paleo/vegetarian)
Muffins
These muffins are made of only three ingrediences! And none of them is grain. I mashed three bananas and put them together with four eggs. Then I mixed it with only a bit of Weinstein baking powder and filled it into muffin forms. After about 20 minutes in the oven (about 150 degrees Celsius) you can take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool out.
Pretty easy.
The mixture is for six muffins. You can add everything you want. Maybe cocoa powder (100 percent if you want it paleo), I had them with blueberries last time. But it’ll work with almost everything.
Because of the bananas, the muffins get sweet (not too much) and the eggs make them soft. You can keep them in the fridge for a couple of days if you don’t want to eat all of them.
Other forms and shapes.
Also pancakes can be made with this recipe. I made it in a wok last time, because it is difficult to turn the pancakes around and to spread the heat.
