Green smooties are the perfect way to start into the day!
Try this one with avocado and cucumber!
How to do it.
Take one avocado and half of the cucumba, cut them into small pieces and put it into the mixer. Then add 500g yoghurt (soy if you wish) and a tea spoon of agave syrup or honey and mix it again – finished! You can also add some fresh mint as I did. Enjoy!
